Did You Know: Tracy Morgan Crashed a Bugatti Veyron?
Just six months ago, actor and comedian Tracy Morgan crashed his Bugatti. And thankfully, it wasn’t a major accident.
But what was sorrowful is the car he crashed. Tracy Morgan had just bought a used Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport. And just an hour after receiving the car, the accident occurred.

Footage shows that the Morgon’s Bugatti hit happened with a Honda CR-V. The driver was trying to turn right while being on a left lane. And as you may have guessed, the driver was distracted by their phone during that incident.
Thankfully, there were no major damages. Morgan’s car seems to have been lightly bruised. But in the “Bugatti” world, that light bruise should set the actor back a ton of money.

The incident occurred in New York, at 42nd Street and 10th Avenue. The accident occurred just after mid-day at around 1:35 PM.
Morgan had just received the car from a Manhattan dealership. And he had just paid $2 million for it.

Employees at the same Manhattan dealership were surprised by the incident. After all, it’s not often that a car crash occurs right after purchase.
In fact, it’s not often that this happens to a Bugatti Veyron (of all cars).
As for medical problems, Morgan did complain of pain in his left hip after the crash. He also felt a little anxiety from the forming crowd around the sight of the incident.

Just 5 years earlier, Tracy Morgan was almost killed in a car crash, through the case was different.
Morgan was in a limo, which was rammed from behind by a semi-truck driver. Apparently, the driver had fell asleep at the wheel due to overwork.
Fortunately, the crash of the Bugatti Veyron wasn’t as serious. But even if it didn’t risk Tracy’s life, it did set him back thousands of dollars. After all, Bugattis don’t come with cheap insurance (unlike owning a Honda).

If the Honda driver is found guilty of the crash, their insurance should pay a small portion of the Bugatti’s damage. The reason being is that a Bugatti’s price far exceeds that limits of the majority of commercial plans.
As for as the actual costs, Tracy Morgan might pay over $50,000 out of pocket just to fix the car. And he has to fix it at an authorized Bugatti dealer (where the average body shop won’t suffice).
